What information POISE os collects, how we use it, and your choices.

This Privacy Notice describes how RMKBL LLC (“POISE,” “we,” “us,” or “our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the POISE os™ website, application, decision-support tools, assessments, results, downloadable guides, and related services (the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically when you use the Service.
User Inputs. When you complete a POISE assessment or tool, we collect the selections and information you choose to enter, such as a decision title, answers to assessment questions, optional demographic information (age group, industry, authority level), and any marketing preferences.
Contact information. If you provide it, we collect your name and email address. This is optional for most tools, but required if you want to receive a result, receipt, or follow-up communication.
Technical information. We automatically collect limited technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, session data, and cookies, local storage, and similar technologies used for website functionality, security, analytics, and performance monitoring.
Purchase information. When purchases become available, we may collect transaction-related information such as the product purchased, purchase date, payment status, billing contact information, and transaction identifiers. Payment-card details are processed by the applicable third-party payment processor and are not stored directly by POISE.
Communications. If you contact us, we collect the messages, support requests, and feedback you provide.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service;
- Generate results, receipts, recommendations, and next-step guidance;
- Communicate with you, including responding to your requests and sending updates or marketing communications when you have opted in;
- Maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use;
- Analyze usage trends and improve the user experience; and
- Comply with legal, financial, and recordkeeping obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Access, update, or delete. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through the FAQ page. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Cookies and tracking. Your browser or device may allow you to refuse cookies or clear local storage. Some Service features may not work correctly if you disable certain technologies.
Do Not Track. POISE does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers.
5. Children
POISE is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us through the FAQ page so we can delete it.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
7. International use
The Service is operated from the United States. At launch, POISE is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Service from another jurisdiction, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
9. Changes to this Privacy Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. If we make a material change, we will provide notice as required by applicable law. The updated Privacy Notice will be effective on the date stated at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means that you accept the updated Privacy Notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
